Your room key (given at Check-in) will also open the hotel's main door, so you can come and go as you please without worrying about the reception hours. 

The accommodation will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. We can store your luggage if you arrive early, or during your day of departure, if necessary.

Group Conditions:

If you reserve more than 4 rooms.

In order to confirm a group booking (4 rooms or more), we request a prepayment of 50% of the total, this amount is refundable until 20 days before the arrival date, in this moment you should pay the total amount.                       Payment should be made by bank transfer.

Keep in mind that our hotel is a space without smoke, SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the building. Although we have areas outside enabled for smoking.

The tourist tax in Santiago de Compostela, €2,20 per person per night, is not included in the price. It will come into effect on 1 October 2025. It applies to a maximum of five consecutive nights. The aim of this tax is to generate resources for the upkeep of the city, the improvement of infrastructure and public services, and a more sustainable model of tourism.
